CAMPAIGN
TELE-ULTRASOUND.
This initiative allowed providing quality care to communities in the Megantoni area. As it is an area with many waterways, travel is slow and can last for hours, days, or even weeks. This project reduced the access time for these health procedures, delivering medical reports to patients who had never had access to them, including pregnant women who had not undergone obstetric ultrasounds and patients with recurring conditions who could not travel to higher-level health facilities with specialists and equipment for medical imaging acquisition. It opened doors for doctors to diagnose in a timely manner and achieve a higher level of resolution for patients.
